Landscaping in Big Sur

Big Sur is unlike anywhere else we work. Steep terrain, winter storm runoff, wildfire risk, and a landscape that is already spectacular on its own mean the goal here is rarely to add more — it is to stabilize, clear responsibly, and plant with species that belong.

Green Angels focuses on erosion control and slope stabilization, native and fire-wise planting, stone work that reads as part of the terrain, and defensible-space clearing around structures. We also take on cleanups and grounds maintenance for properties along the Highway 1 corridor.
